What is the Marquez Fitness app?
Marquez Fitness is a comprehensive fitness app that equips you with the necessary tools to achieve your fitness goals. The app is intended to meet you where you are and help you attain your fitness objectives, regardless of your starting point.
It includes a workout calendar that allows you to monitor your training schedule for the upcoming weeks and instructional videos to guide you through each exercise. You can rest assured that you're executing each move correctly.
I value celebrating progress, so the app features a way to upload before and after pictures to monitor how far you've come. You also have the option to keep track of your nutrition by syncing with MyFitnessPal, making it easy to watch your daily caloric intake and make informed decisions about your diet.
Lastly, in-app messaging lets us chat about nutrition, meal planning, and your fitness routine.
Why is there a minimum timeframe for your packages?
The minimum timeframe is designed to give you enough time to see real progress in your fitness journey. Sustainable, long-term results require commitment and consistency. Each package is tailored to provide you with the support and guidance you need to make lasting changes in your lifestyle.

Where do you train folks?
I’m proud to work with Independent Trainer Gym, which has various locations throughout Manhattan, to provide you with a safe and supportive environment for your workouts.
If you prefer to work out in the comfort of your building's gym, I’m happy to come to you! I believe that fitness should be accessible and convenient for everyone, and I strive to create a training experience that meets your individual needs and preferences.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. My cancellation policy is in place to ensure that I can continue providing the highest level of service to all my clients.
For personal training sessions, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to adjust our schedule accordingly and give the best possible experience to my clients.
If you don’t want to continue your training after your minimum timeframe, please give me at least one week's notice. This allows me to make any necessary adjustments to my schedule.

At the beginning of your journey, I’ll conduct an assessment to get a clear picture of your current fitness level and the areas we should focus on. Then, I’ll build a varied workout routine to help you achieve a balance of strength and flexibility.
Throughout your training sessions, I’ll record and analyze your movements and progress to ensure that your workouts are efficient and effective. I aim to help you achieve your desired results most effectively and enjoyably.
